Booking
How early should we book?
For Mangsir and Magh dates, six to nine months. Those are the months everyone marries in, and they go first. Outside the season, three or four months is comfortable. If your date is next week, call rather than write — sometimes we can still do it.
What holds the date?
A 30% retainer, and a signed one-page agreement. The rest is split across the months before the wedding and the final delivery. We do not hold dates on a verbal yes, for your protection as much as ours.
On the day
How many of you turn up?
The team is set by the package: 1 professional photographer on Bronze, 2 professional photographers on Silver, 2 photographers and 1 cinematographer on Gold and 3 photographers and 2 cinematographers on Platinum. You will have met the lead before the wedding; we do not send strangers.
What do you shoot with?
Sony A7R IV and A7 IV bodies, GM primes and zooms (24-70, 70-200, 85mm f1.4), gimbals, a drone where it is allowed, and continuous lighting for evening receptions. Two card slots in every body, backed up twice before we sleep.
Do you travel?
Anywhere in Nepal, and we have worked in India, Bali, Dubai and Sri Lanka. Travel and lodging are billed at cost, listed on the quote before you agree to anything.
Afterwards
When do we see the photographs?
A preview within 48 hours, the edited gallery within 2 to 4 weeks and the wedding film within 4 to 6 weeks. The number of edited photographs is set by the package, from 200+ edited photos to 1000+ edited photos. Peak season can push the later dates; we tell you if it will.
How are they delivered?
A private gallery with a password and full-resolution downloads, which stays up for a year and can be extended. Albums are printed separately once you have chosen the frames.
Money
What does it cost?
Wedding collections start at NPR 75,000 and rise with team size, hours and what you want printed at the end. The range across everything we offer is NPR 75,000 - NPR 300,000. You get the full sheet after a short call, because the honest answer depends on your days and venues.
Can we book a pre-wedding shoot on its own?
Yes, and plenty of couples do. Tell us the location — Kathmandu, Pokhara, the hills behind Butwal, wherever — and we will quote it separately.
