We set this up for the weddings we photograph, including printing the table cards. It also works on its own, for free.

Give it the name your guests will recognise — the two first names and the date is plenty. It takes about a minute and nothing is public until you share the link.
Print the QR code
One card per table. Guests point a phone at it and the camera roll opens; there is no app to install and no account to make, which is the only reason older relatives actually use it.
Keep what arrives
Photographs appear in one gallery as they are taken, including the half of the day our cameras were not pointed at. You keep the lot, at full size.
