1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Wedding Story Nepal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.
- These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our wedding photography and videography services.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services Provided
- Wedding Story Nepal provides professional wedding photography, videography, cinematography, and pre-wedding photoshoot services.
- Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the individual contract or booking agreement signed by both parties.
- We reserve the right to use professional discretion regarding artistic style, composition, and editing techniques.
- Additional services beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges, communicated in advance.
3. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable advance payment of 30% is required to confirm and secure your wedding date.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule outlined in your contract, typically before final delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and approved digital payment options.
- Dates are confirmed only after the advance payment is received and acknowledged in writing.
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The 30% advance booking payment is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may incur additional charges.
- In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be issued, or a suitable replacement photographer arranged.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
5. Delivery of Photos and Videos
- Edited photographs are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of the event, and videos within 8-12 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding season (October-December).
- Final deliverables are provided via online gallery, USB drive, or cloud storage as agreed.
- Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within the access period provided.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
- Wedding Story Nepal retains the copyright to all photographs and videos produced.
- Clients receive personal printing and sharing rights for non-commercial use.
- We reserve the right to use images and videos for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
- Commercial use of our work by clients or third parties requires prior written permission.
- Reselling, editing, or applying filters to our work without consent is not permitted.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate event details, schedules, and venue information in advance.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photography at venues.
- A point of contact should be designated to coordinate with our team on the event day.
- Clients should inform us of any cultural, religious, or family sensitivities beforehand.
8. Limitation of Liability
- While we take utmost care, Wedding Story Nepal is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, weather, or third-party interference.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not responsible for missed moments due to obstruction, guest interference, or restricted access.
- In the event of catastrophic data loss before delivery, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- These include natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.
- In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or arrange alternative solutions where possible.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We collect and use your data only for the purposes of providing our services.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
- This agreement complies with Nepal's Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (2008).
